How to request a return

  1. Email info@paysmoothspine.shop with your order number.
  2. Our team will send you return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

  • Item must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in resalable condition (some wear from testing is fine).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.
