60-day risk-free trial

We offer a full 60-day risk-free trial on all SmoothSpine™ products. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your purchase.

How to return

1. Email info@paysmoothspine.shop with your order number.
2. Our team sends you return instructions and address.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return conditions

• Item must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Product should be in resalable condition (light use from testing is fine).
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or arrived damaged).

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pillowcases or opened patches (unless defective).
