Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states plus territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands).
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $99
- $4.99 flat rate on orders under $99
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
- Standard shipping (USPS/UPS): 5–8 business days after processing
- Rural areas may take 1–2 additional days
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track it any time at your carrier's website.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact info@paysmoothspine.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if needed.
International orders
At this time we only ship within the United States and its territories.
